Chef Table is a unique dining experience held every Saturday, with a new menu each month.
We select a product from our island and place it at the heart of the menu. From there, we craft each course, exploring its forms, textures, and nuances, always keeping its origin in mind.
This menu pays homage to the Canarian Black Pig, which is part of the livestock heritage of the Uga Estate and is the common thread throughout the entire offering.
A juicy, well-balanced, and flavorful meat.
