Chef Table is a unique dining experience held every Saturday, with a new menu each month.
A dynamic and authentic gastronomic experience by the sea.
We select a product from our island and place it at the heart of the menu. From there, we refine each course, exploring its forms, textures, and nuances, always keeping its origin in mind.
This menu pays homage to the Canarian flavors of Finca de Uga, its products, and its culinary landscapes. It’s a culinary journey through our island, showcasing ingredients and preparations that are integral to our identity.
