Chef Table is a unique dining experience held every Monday, with a new menu each month.

We select a product from our island and place it at the heart of the menu. From there, we craft each course, exploring its forms, textures, and nuances, always keeping its origin in mind.

This menu pays homage to our Finca de Uga cheeses, understanding them not as an accompaniment, but as the guiding thread of the entire experience.

Their diverse textures, aging processes, and nuances become the link between the sea and the land, creating a journey that begins at the source and is expressed in every dish.
