Our elegant, understated, Erizo Macaronesian Restaurant, a cutting-edge concept featuring seasonal ingredients of the very highest quality. La Barra Food & Drinks is a snack bar located in the hotel garden, and the Kaori Fusion Restaurant, Asian haute cuisine in a very exclusive setting, imbued with all the magnetism of Asian culture, and headed up by the renowned chef Victor Planas.

The Kaori Fusion Restaurant, headed up by Victor Planas, offers an Eastern haute cuisine experience that explores Asian flavours with a solid Japanese base in a highly exclusive setting imbued with the magnetism created by Asian culture. Menus combine Japanese tradition with bold twists, such as Akami with kha kai sauce or wagyu gyozas with foie foam. At the helm, the prestigious chef Victor Planas adds touches from other Asian cuisines, creating an exciting and mouthwatering fusion. At Kaori, culinary freedom combines with impressive stimuli, blending acidic, spicy and smoky flavours to produce cooking that is fresh and full of character.

Modern, signature cooking prepared with the finest ingredients from our land, working in close collaboration with local producers and fishermen and with the Finca de Uga. Creative, innovative and intimate, with a terrace overlooking the sea and the lush gardens of the hotel, the restaurant’s dishes respect tradition whilst adding an imaginative twist. A veritable journey around the culinary traditions of the five North Atlantic archipelagos: the Azores, the Canary Islands, Cape Verde, Madeira and the Savage Islands.

The Bella Lucía Buffet Restaurant, situated at the heart of the hotel, is thoughtfully decorated with ceramics and the works of local artists and craftspeople. Its spacious terrace overlooking the sea and the infinity pool is the perfect spot to welcome the day with a carefully selected assortment of products from our farm, Finca de Uga, and hot dishes and eggs cooked to your requirements. In the evening, the Bell Lucía is transformed into an exquisite, creative, international cuisine buffet with show cooking.
