Finca de Uga is an agricultural and livestock farm located in the charming village of Uga, in the heart of our island, combining tradition and sustainability. This farm is home to Majorera goats, Canarian sheep, and Jersey cows, whose milk is transformed into high-quality artisanal yogurts and cheeses, such as Don Nicolás, awarded Best Cheese in the Canary Islands and Spain.
Across more than 70,000 m² of farmland, we grow fruits and vegetables, ensuring fresh and sustainable products that reflect our dedication to well-being and the environment.

Awarded a Repsol Sun (2020-2024) and named Best Hotel Restaurant in the Canary Islands 2020, this venue is led by chef Gonzalo Calzadilla, recognized as the Best Chef in the Canary Islands.
