Last Sunday, Hotel Princesa Yaiza and the Yaiza Town Council hosted the traditional Be Brave & Run Charity Race. It was a very special day, filled with sports, solidarity, smiles, and a great atmosphere. This year, it reached a record-breaking total of €14,060 raised for the Creciendo Yaiza Association.
The last race of the year, full of solidarity
From the youngest participants running distances of 200 meters to adults tackling 5 kilometers, the race was a celebration for everyone, marked by a spirit of solidarity and enjoyment along Playa Blanca’s promenade.
At just 18 years old, Yerove Rodríguez Machín claimed victory in the main event, completing the course in 15:40 minutes. This young talent not only shone in the Be Brave & Run but is also a national reference, leaving a special mark on this edition of the race.
