At the Kaori Fusión Restaurant, we are passionate about the flavours of Asian cuisine with a strong Japanese base. We use the finest ingredients from Japan and form our own region, carefully and respectfully selected in accordance with the season. The various menus carefully combine Japanese culinary tradition with bold, innovative touches and the finest gastronomy of our archipelago and our waters. Our chef, Victor Planas, recognised by the 2023 Repsol Guide, creates a unique fusion which incorporates twists from the rest of the continent of Asia, by brining to Kaori bold, defined flavours that impress our guests from the first mouthful.

Victor Planas, who has astounded at Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants, is the creative genius behind each dish, and his respect for the age-old techniques of Japanese cuisine is entirely genuine. Kaori is definitely the jewel in the crown of Canary Island interior designer Rafael del Castillo, with furnishings that evoke the spirit of an age-old culture. Old, nineteenth-century, Chinese doors divide the restaurant into different ambiences, and huge Tibetan tapestries decorate the walls, making Kaori an exclusive setting steeped in the magnetism of Asian culture.
