Our Chef, Gonzalo Calzadilla, heads up the kitchen that has enabled the Isla de Lobos to gain its first Repsol Sun, in 2020. Creative cooking that has placed the Isla de Lobos restaurant at the epicentre of the Canary Islands’ gastronomic map. In 2019, Gonzalo Calzadilla received one of his most prestigious awards, that of Canary Islands’ Best Chef, in recognition of his work and his passion for cooking.

In both cases, we maintain our commitment to sustainability, using local ingredients, products and produce from our own nearby farm, Finca de Uga.
