Located in an idyllic setting within the Hotel Princesa Yaiza, with a magnificent terrace overlooking the sea, Fuerteventura, and Isla de Lobos. Our philosophy is based on a cuisine of pure flavor, using the finest local ingredients. We work hand in hand with local producers, fishermen, and Finca de Uga, carefully selecting the best ingredients in a sustainable and responsible way. This approach results in an extraordinary selection of exclusive and high-quality products. Our dishes pay tribute to the rich gastronomy of the Canary Islands, respecting traditional flavors and origins. The result is a cuisine that is both flavorful and sustainable, bringing to life rice dishes, meats, and fish with the authentic taste of our island.

Every day, fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and dairy products of the highest quality arrive from Finca de Uga and other local suppliers, enriching our dishes. Freshness, sustainability, and a deep connection to our land in every bite.

Our restaurants are primarily supplied by Finca de Uga and local, sustainable producers, ensuring freshness and responsible sourcing under the “ROSA Origins” seal.

Finca de Uga is an agricultural and livestock farm located in the small village of Uga, at the heart of our island, combining tradition and sustainability. This farm is home to Majorera goats, Canarian sheep, and Jersey cows, whose milk is used to create high-quality artisanal yogurts and cheeses. On more than 70,000 m² of cultivated land, we grow fruits and vegetables, ensuring fresh and sustainable products that reflect our dedication to well-being and environmental responsibility.

SUNSETS

Every Saturday from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, enjoy the sunset and views of the Atlantic with a cocktail and live music on the Isla de Lobos terrace during our Golden Vibe session
