The Erizo restaurant serves creations from the Macaronesian region prepared with fresh ingredients grown in the island’s volcanic soil and products sourced from the local area. A commitment to Atlantic cuisine and to promoting the gastronomy of Lanzarote through innovation and meticulous preparation of local ingredients from our farm at Finca de Uga.
