Our philosophy lies in the use of local ingredients, and we try to promote Lanzarote’s typical cuisine through innovation and meticulous preparation.
A sustainable, seasonal cuisine that not only embraces the most traditional flavours, but also boldly explores the most cutting-edge culinary techniques to achieve different textures and experiences, while always remaining respectful of the ingredients and their origins. Our creations showcase the archipelago’s finest raw ingredients. A sustainable, organic farm funded by the Rosa Group, which supplies the fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy products and cheeses served every day in the various gastronomic outlets at Hotel Fariones and the Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort — a clear commitment to showcasing the island of Lanzarote through its local produce and cuisine, empowering the island’s roots and promoting home-produced food and drink.
